As a creative director, the most important part of my job is to provide a safe, fun and equitable environment where art directors, designers, copywriters and everyone in between is excited about the work they’re doing. Whether the client is a premium fintech company, a small genetics group striving to provide equal access to family planning or an enterprise organization looking to shake things up, keeping things interesting behind the scenes is always step one.
